Discover Your Ministry Style Through APEST

 

In Ephesians 4 Jesus gave the disciples the Fivefold Ministries, or Ascension Ministries, to build up the Full Body of Christ- Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd, and Teacher. The APEST assessment provides the attendee descriptions, characteristics, scripture readings, and pros and cons of your personal ministry style. Most importantly, our ministry styles provide lens, voice, and action to how we move through the world and engage with others. When we recognize other ministry styles in our group we can best utilize talents and be more productive. Isn’t that what Jesus wanted?

A workshop will start with individuals examining those times in their lives when they did something so fulfilling that they wanted to do it over and over. How did they participate? What talents and gifts were used and how did others participate?
