APEST Ministry Styles
In Ephesians 4 Jesus gave us the blueprint for creating the perfect community, or the Full Body of Christ. The APEST assessment will guide you to how you serve others and show you the characteristics of your ministry style. More importantly, it will show you where you might falter in service when you do not recognize and acknowledge that others may serve differently.

This is an assessment best used in team formation and role discernment. It is complimentary to the CliftonStrengths Top 5 Report and it is highly recommended they both be used in workshop delivery.
Believe it or not we all have a preference in how we engage other people. While our strengths are the foundation, how we choose to use that foundation is unique to each of us as individuals.
